What type of chocolate do we use?

Belgium’s finest Callebaut Coverture Chocolate. Starting in Callet form, we then temper it at the right temperature to give a nice glossy shine. The chocolate stays warm when running so tastes beautiful on its own or spread over dippings. With all of our hire fountains and packages you can choose between milk, dark or white chocolate and we can also add some colours to the white chocolate on request for events such as themed parties, baby showers, kids birthdays etc…

What dippings would I use with a chocolate fountain?

Marshmallows, brownies & wafers are our standard FREE dippings for our medium and large double chocolate fountain packages. We can customise and add strawberries, pineapple, apples, raspberries, apricots (all seasonal) or sweets such as vanilla squares, coconut balls, dried apricots, liquorice, shortbread and lollies. Any requests for other dippings are optional or you are welcome to add some of your own.
